Job Description
Remote is seeking an Account Executive to join their Sales Team. This is a hunting role focused on driving net new business for Remote's Global HR Platform. The Account Executive will respond to incoming queries and help customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet their employment needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and in-depth knowledge of sales processes. They should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and skilled at multitasking and time management.

Role Involves:
  • Creating 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
  • Presenting information to potential clients and answering their questions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to support client processes.
  • Closing sales deals and meeting sales quotas.
  • Identifying new opportunities and managing the sales cycle.
  • Self-generating leads through various methods.

Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and sales processes.
  • Ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
  • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
