Floor Lead (Retail)

Mejuri, a fine jewelry brand, is seeking a Floor Lead to join their team in University Village, Seattle. The Floor Lead will be a valuable member of the store leadership team, contributing to the overall success of the store by championing exceptional customer service standards, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring day-to-day business operations are expertly executed and maintained.

The Floor Lead will maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, possess outstanding people skills, and champion Mejuri’s values. They will be a team player with a can-do attitude that motivates the team daily.

The Role Involves:

• Enabling a memorable and personalized customer service experience.
• Executing and coaching others on Selling Programs.
• Maintaining knowledge of all Mejuri products and launches.
• Achieving KPIs and delivering strong sales results.
• Managing sales floor operations and providing feedback to the sales team.
• Supporting operational workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Managing inventory tasks.
• Partnering with the Visual Lead to analyze key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Adaptability and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
