Managing Director – Enterprise AI Transformation

Job Description

Innovaccer is seeking a Managing Director – Enterprise AI Transformation to drive the adoption of its AI platform, Gravity, across the healthcare enterprise market. This role involves working with C-level stakeholders to shape strategic roadmaps and build trusted executive partnerships.Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic growth by identifying and closing new enterprise transformation opportunities.
• Partner with C-suite executives on AI readiness, digital transformation, and data strategy.
• Expand the platform footprint across clinical, operational, and financial domains.
• Design enterprise AI roadmaps and guide implementation and change management strategies.
• Represent Innovaccer in industry forums and customer innovation sessions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional growth pods.

Requirements:

• 12–15+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting.
• Proven background at a top-tier consultancy with a focus on healthcare and AI/digital platforms.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading AI/digital platform growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
