Job Description
Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to expand and optimize its global channel and alliances ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of indirect sales motions and partner ecosystems. The Senior Channel Account Manager will own strategic partner relationships, drive revenue through joint initiatives, and lead partner engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive strategic channel initiatives.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with resellers, global system integrators, managed service providers, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Develop and lead joint business plans with key partners.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve partner performance.
  • Lead enablement efforts through sales and technical training.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Legal.
  • Refine partner programs, incentives, and co-selling frameworks.
  • Represent Ping Identity at industry events.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success managing complex partner ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in building and scaling partnerships.
  • Expert-level relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the partner landscape within software, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and partner relationship management platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
