Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Channel Account Manager to expand and optimize its global channel and alliances ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of indirect sales motions and partner ecosystems. The Senior Channel Account Manager will own strategic partner relationships, drive revenue through joint initiatives, and lead partner engagement.
Responsibilities:
Own and drive strategic channel initiatives.
Cultivate and manage relationships with resellers, global system integrators, managed service providers, and cloud marketplaces.
Develop and lead joint business plans with key partners.
Monitor, analyze, and improve partner performance.
Lead enablement efforts through sales and technical training.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Legal.
Refine partner programs, incentives, and co-selling frameworks.
