Job Description
HomeLight is seeking a Text Support Specialist to join their team in the Philippines. This is a fully remote position.
The Text Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Fielding warm leads from home buyers and sellers.
- Responding to inbound clients via messaging in a timely manner.
- Managing multiple text conversations concurrently.
- Managing rebuttals and push-back from clients.
- Moving clients down the sales funnel to schedule meetings.
- Navigating internal and external applications.
- Reporting issues and blockers to management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in responding to inbound clients or chat support.
- A high level of proficiency in English.
- The ability to engage with customers and provide a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Google Suite.
