Job Description
DevRev is seeking a Head of Sales Execution & Excellence to develop high-performing sales teams. This role focuses on coaching Account Executives to sell with confidence and consistency. The Head of Sales will work closely with the sales team and leaders to improve daily execution, field readiness, and deal progression, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

What this role involves:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to AEs and sales leaders.
  • Coaching reps through active deals and opportunity strategy.
  • Working cross-functionally with Product and Marketing.
  • Reinforcing strong sales fundamentals.
  • Identifying performance gaps and developing interventions.
  • Leveraging DevRev’s AI platform to enhance workflows.
  • Building a system of ongoing rep development.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, including leadership roles.
  • A strong track record of developing sales talent.
  • Deep familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
  • A hands-on coaching style.
  • A passion for technology and AI.
  • A mindset that values action and iteration.
