About the Role The Advisor will be responsible for:
- Handling PhonePe account and transaction related queries.
- Flexing between phone & data channels.
- Following specified process guidelines to bring about resolution.
- Building customer trust through their interaction.
- Meeting hourly & daily productivity goals.
- Leveraging internal processes and resources to drive resolution.
- Escalating appropriately and taking support from relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
- Recommending process improvements.
- Engaging & Educating customers so they’re able to leverage PhonePe to the fullest.
Requirements The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Good learnability.
- Active listening skills and ability to deal well with objection.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios.
- Team player attitude, flexible and open to feedback.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory.
- Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred.
