Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an Advisor for their Customer Experience team in Bangalore. PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments company, committed to providing equal opportunities and fostering a creative work environment.

About the Role

The Advisor will be responsible for:
  • Handling PhonePe account and transaction related queries.
  • Flexing between phone & data channels.
  • Following specified process guidelines to bring about resolution.
  • Building customer trust through their interaction.
  • Meeting hourly & daily productivity goals.
  • Leveraging internal processes and resources to drive resolution.
  • Escalating appropriately and taking support from relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Recommending process improvements.
  • Engaging & Educating customers so they’re able to leverage PhonePe to the fullest.


Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Good learnability.
  • Active listening skills and ability to deal well with objection.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios.
  • Team player attitude, flexible and open to feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory.
  • Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred.
