Job Description
Resident is seeking a Paid Social Marketing Analyst to join their Marketing Analytics team. This role involves working closely with marketing teams to generate data-driven insights, develop processes and tools, and improve measurement solutions. The analyst will collaborate internally and externally to maintain Resident's leadership in utilizing marketing data effectively.Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Measuring the performance and effectiveness of marketing investment across paid social media channels.
- Leading analytical processes and challenging the status quo to derive actionable insights.
- Turning ideas into automated and scaled data-driven processes.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to identify opportunities and measure their impact.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics).
- Hands-on campaign management experience in Paid Social (a plus).
- Previous experience in performance marketing or an e-commerce company (a plus).
- Previous experience as a Marketing/business analyst (a plus).
- Experience with SQL (Big Query) and data visualization tools (Looker) (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Driven by business goals with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Proactive and capable of leading initiatives with minimal guidance.
