The Stage Sales Assistant role at JD Sports involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate will assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring targets are met and maximizing sales through various channels. They will also maintain the sales floor, ensuring stock is readily available.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Preferable experience in customer-facing roles outside of retail.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
