Digital UI/UX Designer

Job Description

OLIVER, established in 2004, is seeking a Digital UI/UX Designer for a freelance role in Manila, Philippines. The designer will join a growing team focused on defining and evolving customer experiences across various client channels and platforms, serving B2B and B2C customers in Asia. As part of The Brandtech Group, OLIVER leverages AI technology to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Role involves:

• Creating functional User Experiences and visually stunning designs.
• Generating key visuals, imagery, scamps, and illustrations for marketing campaigns.
• Designing UI for websites, social media, email, and interactive content.
• Improving marketing automation designs and landing pages.
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Optimising overall User Experience using data and user research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an information architect or user experience architect.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Axure, Sketch, InVision, or Visio (Axure preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Photoshop or InDesign.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of interaction design, mobile design, and user-centered experience design.
