Job Description
Acrolinx is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join their team. The CSM will be responsible for ensuring that customers derive tangible business value from Acrolinx's solutions and services. They will manage the commercial health of a customer portfolio, drive the renewal process, and proactively address churn risks. The CSM will also partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans, analyze business models, and build ROI cases to drive expansion opportunities.
