Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a B2C Solution Consultant to join their EMEA team. This role is crucial for the successful integration of the Mirakl platform within clients' e-commerce ecosystems. The Solution Consultant will provide expert advice on architecture and features, ensuring rapid and successful platform launches.Mirakl's office policy is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and allowing 2 days of remote work. The role can be based in Paris, Munich, or London.What this role involves:

• Supporting the effective launch of Mirakl platforms at customers.
• Guiding customers in understanding the product and making architectural and functional choices.
• Identifying strategic developments and supporting customers in their implementation.
• Identifying design or implementation issues and presenting alternatives.
• Serving as a technical liaison between customers and Product teams.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contributing to the development of reusable assets and success stories.
• Continuously training on Mirakl new feature releases.

What you need to succeed:

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Web Development, or Business.
• At least 3 years of experience in Consulting, E-commerce, or Project Management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem.
• Experience in leading discovery sessions to design sophisticated blueprints.
• Seasoned problem solver with a track record of crafting technical solutions for SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs).
• Fluency in English and German.
• Readiness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 40%).
