Solution Consultant (Spanish or German speaking)

Job Description

Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Solution Consultant to join their EMEA team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful integration of the Mirakl platform within clients' e-commerce ecosystems. The Solution Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on architecture and features from the moment a deal closes. This hybrid role is based in Paris, Munich, or London, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.What this role involves:

• Supporting the successful launch of Mirakl platforms at customers.
• Guiding customers in understanding the product and making architectural and functional choices.
• Identifying strategic developments and supporting their implementation.
• Identifying design or implementation issues and presenting alternatives.
• Serving as a technical liaison between customers and Product teams.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contributing to the development of reusable assets and success stories.
• Continuously training on Mirakl new feature releases.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Web Development, or Business.
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, E-commerce, or Project Management.
• Experience in leading discovery sessions to design sophisticated blueprints.
• Familiarity with web technologies and frameworks (JSON/XML, CSV, Responsive Design, Restful APIs).
• Fluency in English and Spanish OR German is a must.
