Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Senior Application Engineer - ERP to support their ERP system and manage NetSuite initiatives. The role involves architecture, implementation, training, support, documentation, and providing technical and functional assistance. The Senior Application Engineer will manage the NetSuite ERP system, ensure optimal performance, and integrate it with other applications. They will be adept at both administrative tasks and technical development within NetSuite, contributing to a seamless and efficient system environment.

What this role involves:

  • Planning, reviewing, and revising functional configuration, customizations, automation, and enhancements.
  • System maintenance and business process testing.
  • Researching and resolving issues, designing new workflows.
  • Providing thought leadership in best practices and solutions.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest technology and software for integration.
  • Leading new releases, testing updates, and rolling out new features.
  • Acting as a liaison with Third-Party Vendor Support.
  • Providing internal system/technical support to users.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and recommending key technologies to improve business processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial processes.
  • 3-5 years of NetSuite experience, including customization, business operations, and systems development.
  • Direct experience supporting and integrating NetSuite with Business Applications.
  • Strong knowledge of application integration technologies and APIs.
  • Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas.
  • NetSuite Certifications; BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, and project management skills.
