Job Description

C6 Bank is seeking a Frontend Architect to join its Core Team in São Paulo. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative products and solutions for the banking sector, utilizing cutting-edge technologies. The candidate will act as a technical and strategic leader in defining the corporate frontend architecture, focusing on web and mobile solutions that operate as presentation layers for back-office and corporate systems.

Role Involves:

• Defining and maintaining corporate frontend architecture guidelines.
• Serving as a technical reference for frontend solutions on web, mobile, and Salesforce platforms.
• Promoting standardization of technologies, design systems, and frameworks.
• Designing and reviewing solution architectures using decoupled frontends integrated with corporate systems.
• Supporting project teams in selecting appropriate frontend technologies.
• Establishing engineering best practices.
• Conducting architectural reviews for solutions involving corporate frontend.
• Promoting fluid integration between frontends and corporate backends.
• Establishing governance over versioning, reuse, and consistency between internal applications.
• Supporting the architectural evolution of Salesforce Experience Cloud platforms.
• Disseminating technical knowledge through mentorship, training, and internal communities.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of frontend integrations with back-office systems via APIs and middleware.
• Experience with design systems, Storybook, atomic design, and accessibility.
• Experience with CI/CD for frontend, Git, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with micro frontends and component-oriented architecture.
• Experience with regulated or corporate environments.
• Understanding of modern web frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of corporate mobile development: Flutter, React Native, or native technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Components.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Good communication with technical and business areas.
