The Business Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction within their portfolio in the region, managing products and services, and defining sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial profile, be organized, open to new ideas, and able to work in a team.

Role Involves:

• Evaluating sales results reports, metrics, and performance indices.
• Identifying opportunities and proposing improvement actions.
• Evaluating market trends and developing sales programs.
• Monitoring competitor actions to achieve institutional goals.
• Managing their portfolio.
• Promoting best practices and respecting the institution's culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail sales.
• Driver's license (Category B).
• Completed graduation.
• Residence in Taubaté.
• Experience as F&I is a plus.
