Freelance Video Maker and Content Creator (remote)

Job Description

Avea, a dietary supplement company focused on longevity and wellbeing, seeks a Freelance Video Maker and Content Creator. The role involves repurposing and editing existing assets to create high-performing video content. The candidate will collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to develop engaging, social-first content that brings the Avea brand to life.

Role involves:

• Editing and transforming existing footage into compelling social media and ad content.
• Developing video concepts, storylines, and storyboards aligned with Avea’s brand.
• Supporting in organizing or participating in shoots.
• Creating visually engaging content for performance marketing (Meta/Google ads).
• Collaborating with the CMO, Head of Content, and marketing team to execute Avea’s creative strategy.

Requirements:

• Native German speaker with excellent writing skills and fluency in English.
• Availability to join shootings in Germany, Italy, or Portugal.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with video making, content creation, and ad creation.
• Deep passion for social media and understanding of what works on Instagram.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and spot opportunities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and make accurate decisions.
• Interest in the longevity industry.
