Outlier is seeking an AI Writing Evaluator and Trainer to improve AI models by providing human feedback. This is a remote, freelance work for talented writers with English fluency at C1 level or higher, who will train generative artificial intelligence models.
Responsibilities:
- Reading English text to rank AI-generated responses.
- Writing and rewriting prompts and responses, including research and fact-checking.
- Assessing the factuality and relevance of AI-generated text.
Requirements:
- Experience as a professional writer or editor.
- Enrollment in or completion of a writing-related discipline at a selective institution.
- Strong writing style, grammar, logic, and reasoning skills.
- Attention to detail.
