• Leading and managing the DevOps team.
• Setting the strategic direction for DevOps.
• Hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering talent.
• Driving key technical and design discussions.
• Driving execution of product and technology roadmap.
• Driving cross-functional initiatives to improve system reliability and developer velocity.
• Creating a collaborative work environment.
• Managing relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
• Ensuring the adoption of best practices in software development and DevOps.
• Contributing to the overall technology vision and roadmap for LearnUpon.

Requirements for this role:

• 5+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience in software design and development.
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Computing, CI/CD, SDLC, Containerization and Orchestration.
• Deep knowledge of current trends and best practices in software design and architecture.
• A passion for software engineering craftsmanship and developer experience.
• Superb written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong management skills for planning and executing complex projects.
