Job Description
Upgrade is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Investor vertical. This role is based in San Francisco and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office presence 2-3 times per week. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate on product strategy and execution for Upgrade's Investor platform, lead end-to-end product initiatives, work with product, engineering, and design teams, partner with the investor operations team, and serve as a subject matter expert.

What this role involves:
  • Collaborating on product strategy and execution for Upgrade's Investor platform
  • Leading end-to-end product initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Working closely with other product, engineering, and design teams to support new credit products
  • Partnering with the investor operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues on the Investor platform
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for enhancements within the investor area

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Strong understanding of capital markets
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Technical proficiency including experience with financial services APIs, integration architectures, data analytics platforms, and SQL
