Salesforce SPIFF Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce SPIFF Implementation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and expertise in implementing SPIFF programs within Salesforce. This role requires a deep understanding of sales compensation strategies, Salesforce platform capabilities, and the ability to design and implement complex incentive structures.

What This Role Involves:

• Designing, configuring, and implementing SPIFF programs within Salesforce.
• Understanding requirements and translating them into effective incentive plans.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for SPIFF processes and configurations.
• Providing training and support to end-users on SPIFF functionality.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SPIFF calculations and payouts.
• Staying updated on Salesforce updates and new features related to incentive compensation.
• Optimizing existing SPIFF programs for improved performance and accuracy.
• Architecting data migration and integration with other systems as needed.
• Participating in testing and reconciliation processes.
• Actively participating in pre-sales cycles to run/customize PoCs.
• Providing recommendations for process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Incentive Compensation Management.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce SPIFF implementation and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Xactly, Varicent, Calidus, Pigment, Anaplan for ICM.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Experience with other ICM tools and platforms.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sales performance management best practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
