Job Description
Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce SPIFF Implementation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) and expertise in implementing SPIFF programs within Salesforce. This role requires a deep understanding of sales compensation strategies, Salesforce platform capabilities, and the ability to design and implement complex incentive structures.
What This Role Involves:
- Designing, configuring, and implementing SPIFF programs within Salesforce.
- Understanding requirements and translating them into effective incentive plans.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for SPIFF processes and configurations.
- Providing training and support to end-users on SPIFF functionality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SPIFF calculations and payouts.
- Staying updated on Salesforce updates and new features related to incentive compensation.
- Optimizing existing SPIFF programs for improved performance and accuracy.
- Architecting data migration and integration with other systems as needed.
- Participating in testing and reconciliation processes.
- Actively participating in pre-sales cycles to run/customize PoCs.
- Providing recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Incentive Compensation Management.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce SPIFF implementation and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Xactly, Varicent, Calidus, Pigment, Anaplan for ICM.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer.
- Experience with other ICM tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales performance management best practices.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
