Job Description
The Student Hotel in Florence is seeking a Receptionist to be the super host of their location for the next 6 months, covering both day and night shifts. As a Community Host, the candidate will operate in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible TSH experience. They will provide a flawless welcome and check-in, offer excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engage in conversations to make guests' stays unforgettable. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the hotel's products and services and be able to cross-sell them effectively.
What this role involves:
- Welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks.
- Preparing and serving local dishes and drinks.
- Providing concierge services, offering recommendations for local attractions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests related to facilities.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- European citizenship or legal permission to work in Italy.
