Talent Foundation Management Intern

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Talent Foundation Management Intern to support the TSH Talent Foundation's Changemaker Scholarship Programme and the Better Society Academy. This role offers the chance to contribute to empowering future changemakers across Europe.

Role Involves:

• Assisting the Programme Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Changemaker Scholarship Programme.
• Coordinating mentoring programmes and organizing group engagement activities for scholars.
• Communicating with partner universities and institutes.
• Supporting the recruitment process for new cohorts.
• Managing scholar data and evaluating programme outcomes.
• Conducting research on emerging themes for the Better Society Masterclass.
• Supporting planning, coordination, and outreach for Masterclass events.
• Assisting in scaling the Masterclass programme.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master student in a relevant field (Education, Public Policy, etc.).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• International background and cross-cultural awareness.
• Legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.
• Currently enrolled in an EU university.
