Junior VIP Host

Job Description

Easygo is seeking a Junior VIP Host to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. In this role, the candidate will be the face of the online casino, building and maintaining relationships with high-value players through online chat. The Junior VIP Host will manage a portfolio of up to 350 players, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a memorable experience for each player. The candidate will be an ambassador of the casino, building trust and rapport with VIP players to ensure they feel valued and appreciated. What this role involves:

• Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with high-value clients.
• Managing assigned accounts from start to finish.
• Identifying and growing opportunities within the client base.
• Ensuring timely and successful delivery of products.
• Analyzing client behaviors and overall value to the business.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
• Sports and gambling knowledge is advantageous
• Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
