Easygo is seeking a Junior VIP Host to enhance the experience of top LATAM players on Stake.com. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, providing top-notch service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The VIP Host will manage a portfolio of up to 350 players, offering tailored solutions and creating memorable interactions. This role requires working 6 days a week, 6 hours a day, with a mix of office and home-based work.What this role involves:

• Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with high-value clients.
• Understanding client objectives and decision-making processes.
• Managing assigned accounts from start to finish.
• Identifying and growing opportunities within the client base.
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Analyzing client behaviors and overall value to the business.
• Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Bilingual in English and ideally both Portuguese & Spanish.
• High level of global sports knowledge.
• Strong gambling knowledge.
• Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira & Intercom.
