Job Description
Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for the DACH region. Remote is a company focused on solving modern organizations’ challenges in global employment, enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. This role is part of a future talent opportunity, aimed at connecting with professionals for potential openings in 2025 and beyond. The ideal candidate will help prospective and active customers fully experience Remote's Global HR Platform.

Role Involves:
  • Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and understanding their needs.
  • Supporting the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educating and developing prospects, leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
  • Cold calling into prospects generated by various outside sources.
  • Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.

Requirements:
  • Fluent level of German and English.
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha).
  • Previous experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.
  • Self-starter, proactive, and brings new ideas to the team.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
