Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their Sales team. This role involves identifying and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have experience in B2B SaaS sales. Role Involves:
- Responding to and qualifying outbound leads
- Sourcing new sales prospects
- Communicating Remote's value propositions
- Supporting the Account Executive team
- Creating target prospect lists
- Cold calling into prospects
- Identifying key players and researching business requirements
Requirements:
- Proven business development success
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
