Job Description
Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their Sales team. This role is crucial in expanding Remote's reach in the global employment space.   • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo is a plus).
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Fluent in English and German.
