Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their Sales team. This role involves identifying and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have experience in B2B SaaS sales.Remote is a company focused on solving challenges related to global employment, enabling businesses to manage international teams. Responsibilities: - Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
- Source new sales prospects and reach out to them to book appointments for Account Executives
- Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects
- Provide support to Account Executive team as needed
- Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
- Cold call into prospects generated by variety of outside sources
- Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
Requirements: - Proven business development success
- Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
