Job Description
Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their Sales team. This role involves identifying and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and communicating Remote's value propositions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and German and have experience in B2B SaaS sales.

Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to and qualifying outbound leads
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and booking appointments for Account Executives
  • Communicating Remote's value propositions
  • Supporting the Account Executive team
  • Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts
  • Cold calling into prospects

Requirements include:
  • Proven business development success
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Fluent in English and German
