Remote is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative (DACH) to join their Sales team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, communicating Remote's value proposition, and supporting the Account Executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales.Remote is a company that is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. What this role involves: - Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Creating target prospect lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
- Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle.
Requirements: - Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools.
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and new ideas.
- Fluent in English and German.
