Job Description
Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager for Supply Chain Planning. The ideal candidate will assist clients with supply chain planning initiatives, focusing on Integrated Business/Supply Chain Planning. They will develop industry-specific best-practice concepts and transformation plans, design internal and external training programs, and analyze planning processes to derive requirements for planning solutions.

The role involves:
  • Supporting supply chain planning initiatives.
  • Developing best-practice concepts and transformation plans.
  • Designing training programs and moderating workshops.
  • Analyzing planning processes and deriving requirements.
  • Evaluating suitable solutions and designing planning processes.
  • Leading implementation and configuration as a stream lead or project manager.
  • Solving customer-specific problems during implementation.
  • Actively participating in acquisition activities.
  • Supporting transformation and change management.

Requirements include:
  • Several years of practical project experience in digital transformation in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
  • Experience in designing logistics organizations and processes.
  • An outstanding degree in economics, technology, or information technology.
  • In-depth Supply Chain know-how in core processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return).
  • Ideally, user knowledge in relevant technologies such as SAP modules, Llamasoft, Planning-Tools, or experience in integer optimization.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
