Via is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its expanding operations in Europe. This remote role, based in England, involves working with the Operations team to build and operate on-demand services.   • Providing telephone and email support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Working scheduled shifts, with bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Ensuring drivers and passengers feel supported and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Caring for customer satisfaction and resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
  • Good communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different contexts.
  • Enjoyment in providing advice and support over the phone.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions.
  • Passion for enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing carbon footprint.
  • Technology-savvy and comfortable with modern IT tools.
