Ensuring the smooth daily operation of services by providing telephone and email support.
Working scheduled shifts, with shift bonuses for night shifts, Sundays, or pre-determined holidays.
Supporting drivers and passengers, addressing their questions and concerns.
Caring for customer satisfaction and resolving issues.
Requirements:
Fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2).
Good communication skills with the ability to adapt tone in different contexts.
Enjoyment in providing advice and support over the phone.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and develop creative solutions in real time.
Passion for enabling accessibility to mobility and reducing the world's carbon footprint.
