Job Description
Mejuri is seeking a charismatic and experienced Store Manager to lead their Kitsilano, Vancouver location. The Store Manager will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for driving the growth and awareness of Mejuri in the store and market. They will lead by example, build motivation, and create an environment that demonstrates the Mejuri values. The Store Manager will be accountable for creating a highly productive store environment in which customer expectations are exceeded, and an engaging and inclusive environment is fostered where employees are motivated and supported to do their best.
Role involves:
- Driving revenue and exceeding targets.
- Managing store spend and minimizing costs.
- Analyzing business results and creating strategic plans.
- Mitigating risk and protecting assets.
- Ensuring the right people are in the right positions.
- Building healthy relationships with employees.
- Leading and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience.
- Acting as an ambassador of Mejuri’s culture and values.
- Providing day-to-day support to the store team.
Requirements:
- Experience in high volume store in retail.
- Understanding of local market and requirements relevant to new store openings.
- Financial management experience.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep local knowledge and informed of trends in retail.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
