Mejuri is seeking a Temporary Stylist to join their retail team in Portland, Washington Square. This role is crucial as it is the first point of contact for customers, requiring a bright, energetic, and customer-focused individual who can create a warm and welcoming environment. The Temporary Stylist will curate and style products for customers, leveraging product knowledge to enhance their experience.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to drive sales and provide outstanding clienteling.
- Take ownership of sales results, focusing on KPIs such as Average Order Value and Conversion %.
- Support a memorable and customized customer service experience.
- Assist in checking out customers accurately and promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of all Mejuri products and latest launches.
- Assist in keeping the store clean and organized.
- Support all transaction types, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Support monthly inventory counts and visual displays.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekends and outside of work hours as needed.
- Experience with clienteling or building strong customer relationships.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for styling.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
