Job Description
Melio is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Tel Aviv. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Data Scientists, and other Data Analysts, to drive insights and ensure Melio remains a data-driven company. This role is crucial for enabling each team at Melio to scale effectively.
The role involves:
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets.
- Defining and implementing KPIs across different teams.
- Accompanying product features from tech design to performance analysis.
- Translating product/business requirements into analytical logics and creating clear visualizations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- High-level SQL proficiency.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex ideas.
- Team player with effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing relationships with key partners.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Redash.
- Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
