The role involves structuring and organizing company data strategically, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient access. The specialist will collaborate with Technology, Business, and Data Science teams, defining standards and governance.Responsibilities include:

• Architecting, designing, and implementing scalable data solutions.
• Collaborating with teams to define data policies and procedures.
• Creating a long-term vision for data architecture aligned with business goals.
• Evaluating and selecting data technologies.
• Engaging in technical work, including solution design and code reviews.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Extensive data experience with knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud data architecture.
• Alignment with company culture.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement.
• Organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
• Residence in São Paulo with availability for hybrid work.
• Experience with data lake and warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Experience with data orchestration frameworks like Apache Airflow.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience in data streaming architectures using Kafka or similar technologies.
