Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Product Manager for its Insurance Platform within the Seguridade Business Unit. This unit aims to provide long-term financial solutions to clients through insurance and pension products.

The Product Manager will focus on consolidating the life insurance marketplace, ensuring a simple, efficient, and secure experience for XP's distribution network. They will also ensure regulatory compliance and enhance product penetration during client financial planning.

Role Involves:

• Defining product vision and strategy.
• Planning and executing the business unit's strategy.
• Creating solutions and prioritizing roadmaps.
• Collaborating with various teams.
• Specifying business rules and writing stories.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Managing the product lifecycle.
• Monitoring product performance metrics.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Managing stakeholders and external partners.
• Structuring cases for Open Insurance utilization.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager or in Product areas, preferably in Life Insurance.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactivity and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
