Ops Process Operator (Talent Pool)

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking a Process Operator to join their talent pool in Ghent, Belgium. The Process Operator will support the daily aseptic and manual production process, working within a grade A/B/C/D environment. This involves performing production process steps such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapeutic products. The role requires wearing sterile clothing and working in a shift regime, including weekends but no nights.

• Support the daily aseptic and manual production process

• Adhere to strictly defined actions and standard procedures
• Wear sterile clothing while working in an aseptic environment

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Fluency in Dutch and/or English
• Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Ability to work accurately and diligently with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
