Job Description
Vim, a digital healthcare technology company specializing in bridging information gaps in the US Healthcare Market, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team. This role reports to the VP of Legal and involves providing legal counsel on day-to-day business aspects.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice to company departments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Draft terms of service and customer agreements.
  • Product counseling.
  • Handle regulatory and compliance matters, including privacy and healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer.
  • Experience in a technology company.
  • Experience in a commercial department of a leading law firm.
  • Experience in complex commercial transactions, including regulatory and compliance issues.
  • Experience with data privacy laws and HIPAA (strong advantage).
  • Strong technological orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
