Program Manager

Interface.ai, a leading AI provider for financial institutions, is seeking a Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of AI and banking. This role is based in San Jose, CA.

The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful outcomes within scope and budget. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage virtual teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, full-cycle programs using Agile methodologies.
• Leverage knowledge of the banking domain and AI technologies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Engineering).
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Oversee project planning, KPI definition, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in program/project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, SmartSheet).
• Understanding of engineering processes and AI integration in banking.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the banking industry and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing offshore teams.
