Job Description
interface.ai is seeking a FP&A Lead to join their team. This role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics. The FP&A Lead will partner with the CFO/Finance Head and work with product, sales, marketing, and delivery teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build annual and quarterly planning cycles.
- Develop financial models for various scenarios.
- Own department-level budgeting.
- Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis.
- Track and report key SaaS KPIs.
- Build dashboards and financial scorecards.
- Drive automation using tools.
- Compile and prepare board decks and investor presentations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years in FP&A, with at least 2-3 years in SaaS or AI/Tech companies.
- Advanced excel knowledge, financial modeling and Proficiency in SaaS metrics is a must.
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau, Salesforce is required.
- Experience in a $10M–$50M ARR environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with US market is a plus.
- Skill in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity, drive efficiency, and decision-making with generative AI tools.
