team x / RAPP, a global communications and marketing agency for Mercedes-Benz, is seeking a CRM Senior Copywriter to join their team in Berlin. The agency is part of the Precision Marketing Group of Omnicom and focuses on creating a unified brand experience for Mercedes-Benz worldwide.
The Senior Copywriter will co-lead a team of creatives, providing content leadership and client consultation. The role involves planning, quality assurance, and team development. The candidate will write creative, format-specific texts for various communication channels, from editorial content to CRM and radio spots. They will develop original ideas while keeping the target audience in mind, working on both trade marketing measures and national campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the creative editorial & CRM team
- Developing and implementing creative ideas
- Writing creative headlines, copy, and claims
- Conceiving and optimizing newsletters, print mailings, websites, etc.
- Revising existing texts
- Proactively advising clients together with the Account Management
- Preparing and participating in client presentations
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a copywriter in a creative or digital agency or other creative work
- Experience in leading creative teams
- Experience with digital and traditional media and campaigns
- Text security, storytelling skills and brand understanding
- Team player with a results-oriented work structure
- Experience in the field of editing and / or CRM is a plus
- Interest in zeitgeist, pop culture and current trends
- Perfect knowledge of German and ideally also knowledge of English
