Job Description
Wellhub is seeking a Tech Lead to manage the Data Solutions team. This role involves leading the design and development of in-house data products, driving automation and scalability in data and ML workflows, and owning key architectural decisions. The Tech Lead will also foster a healthy team culture and promote wellbeing.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in data engineering and software architecture at scale.
- A track record of building internal solutions and driving cross-functional adoption.
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Flink, Spark, Airflow, Trino, Kubeflow, and Kubernetes.
- A strong belief in data accessibility, platform thinking, and engineering excellence.
