Job Description

Ouihelp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Itinerant Sector Manager to reinforce its operational teams across France. This role involves providing support to Ouihelp agencies facing increased activity or temporary difficulties, ensuring the continuity of service for elderly or disabled individuals and their families. The Itinerant Sector Manager acts as the primary point of contact, striving to enable clients to live at home comfortably and safely for as long as possible.

• Developing agency activity and implementing new support systems
• Ensuring service quality and continuity
• Managing administrative tasks and contract compliance
• Analyzing, supporting, and stabilizing struggling agencies

Requirements:

• Experience in personal services, working with assistants, beneficiaries, and local institutions
• Excellent listening and customer service skills
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Aptitude for field and operational work, with a strong work ethic and analytical skills
• Comfort with digital tools
• Passion for Ouihelp's mission to improve the lives of French individuals experiencing loss of autonomy
• Willingness to travel nationally for missions lasting 1-6 weeks
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
