Job Description

Ouihelp is seeking an Itinerant Sector Manager to reinforce its operational teams across France. This role involves providing support to Ouihelp's network agencies, ensuring service continuity during periods of increased activity or temporary difficulties. The Itinerant Sector Manager acts as the primary contact for elderly or disabled individuals and their families, striving to enable them to live at home as long as possible and in the best conditions.

• Developing agency activity and implementing new support systems
• Ensuring quality and continuity of service
• Ensuring proper administrative management and contract compliance
• Analyzing, supporting, and stabilizing agencies in difficulty

Requirements:

• Experience in personal services and working with assistants, beneficiaries, and local institutions
• Listening skills and a sense of customer service
• Strong autonomy, adaptability, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability and enjoyment in working as a team
• Taste for fieldwork and operations, with a strong capacity for work, involvement, and analysis
• Comfort with digital tools
• Passion for Ouihelp's mission to improve the daily lives of 2 million French people with loss of autonomy
• Mobile nationally for missions of 1 to 6 weeks
• Essential driving license B
