Job Description

Ouihelp is seeking an Itinerant Sector Manager to reinforce its operational teams across France. This role involves providing support to Ouihelp agencies experiencing increased activity or temporary difficulties. The Itinerant Sector Manager acts as the primary contact for elderly or disabled individuals and their families, striving to enable them to live at home as long as possible and in the best conditions.

• Intervening in understaffed, struggling, or expanding agencies.
• Traveling throughout France for missions lasting 1 to 6 weeks.
• Collaborating with existing teams to ensure service continuity.
• Maintaining service quality and continuity within the agency.
• Participating in the agency's development and growth.

Requirements:

• Experience in personal services and working with caregivers, beneficiaries, and local institutions.
• Strong listening and customer service skills.
• High autonomy, adaptability, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability and enjoyment in teamwork.
• Passion for Ouihelp's mission to improve the daily lives of French individuals losing autonomy.
• Mobile nationally for missions of 1 to 6 weeks.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) is essential.
