Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their Memorial City location. This role supports the Store Management Team in various areas, including driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. The Floor Leader ensures exceptional customer experience, a motivated staff, and operational excellence. They lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve goals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The role involves:
- Driving sales and coaching the sales team.
- Delivering world-class customer experience and product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
