Lush Cosmetics is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their Burlington, MA location. This role supports the Store Management Team in various aspects of the business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. The Floor Leader will spend their day on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to achieve their goals.Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and coaching the sales team.
• Delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Educating customers on Lush brand values.
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors.
• Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
